Return, Refund or Exchange Policy

In Genius Baby House, we do not accept any goods return, refund or exchange due to self dissatisfaction or mistake was made by customer themselves during order and purchase. Genius Baby House will only accept Return, Refund or Exchange when the condition stated below is happened.

Please take note!

• Please do not send any return product without our prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
• Returned, Refund or Exchange products must in original condition; If Returned, Refund or Exchange products washed / altered / worn or incomplete condition, Genius Baby House reserves the rights to reject / refund, exchange, returned products.

i) Defective Item

Genius Baby House will inspect all items before sending out to you, however human mistake can happen during inspection.

Please take a photo of the defective item and email it to us within 3 days after goods received (We will based on courier record of tracking date as your receiving date). We will justify and issue a refund in cash voucher or resend new goods to you according to the severity of the damages.

*Note : Loose buttons, small stain, tiny spot, loose thread, lint, minor defect which is not visible and not exposed, misaligned of striped design clothes, or cutting variant due to different supplier stock are NOT classified as defective / quality problem.

If you are not satisfied and would insist on returning the item to us, you can send the item back to us at your own cost. Upon receiving your item, we will send the same item, in same color and same size back to you. You will need to bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to you too. 

 *Note : Refund or Exchange will be accepted if the goods has out of stocks. Customer will need to let Genius Baby House know on their decision whether to Refund or Exchange for other similar goods at same price or higher only.

ii) Wrong Item Delivery

With incidents, it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. We hereby apologize for our unintentional mistake. In this case, please inform us immediately by email and courier the item back to us.

Upon receiving your item, we will ship the correct item to you. please allow 3-5 working days or (14 working day due to stock reorder) for the process of repacking. We will bear the shipping fee (with condition) and refund to you in cash voucher format. 

 *Note : Refund or Exchange will be accepted if the goods has out of stocks. Customer will need to let Genius Baby House know on their decision whether to Refund or Exchange for other similar goods at same price or higher only.

iii) Goods Loss During Delivery 

Customers are responsible to track and trace their parcel once the tracking number is issued or given. Genius Baby House will not responsible to the parcel loss due to courier service mistake. Genius Baby house will only take responsible to follow up with the courier service provider on the loss claiming and appeal for the maximum claim. The claiming amount will be subject to approval amount by the courier service provider. 

NOT ALLOW to Return, Exchange & Refund

• Return due to color variances will not be accepted. (*Please note that there may be a variance in the color of the item due to computer screen setting and studio lighting.) 
• Clothing cutting may have 1-3 cm variance, which are considered as non defect even for same design of cloth. (Human tailored made)
• Promotion items, items under clearance and defective category are not returnable & exchangeable unless it is a damage item. 
• Items including underwear, legging and stocking are neither exchangeable nor returnable for hygiene purpose. 
• Accessories , headscarves and belt cannot be returned and exchangeable.
