How to register as member of Genius Baby House?
- To register, go to top right corner of our website and click ''Create account'' to create an account with us. Or you may login direct with your Facebook account
- Click 'Sign in'
- Click on 'Forgot password' and enter your email address
- You will receive an email which will guide you to change your password.
- You may enjoy Genius Baby House cash credit reward and also free gift reward. For more info, you may visit our "Reward Policy".
Can I purchase without sign up an account?
- Yes you can. All your confirmation order details will be send to your email address.
- While the tracking number will be send to your email address on next working day after 3pm.
- If you change of mind and wish to sign up an account, from that email, there is a guide for you to sign up an account.
How to purchase?
- Select the item, color and quantity that you want to purchase, click "Add to cart"
- Repeat the step 1 for other item, if u want to add more item.
- Click on the button "View cart" / "Trolley icon" at the upper right of the page.
- Confirm the item details, click "Checkout"
- You will proceed to the payment page.
*Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is placed successfully.
What happened to my order, if website disconnected after pressing check out or time run out?
You may check your email for your order item and from that email there is a guide for you to continue your shopping cart item. So you no need to reorder again.
You may reorder again, but sometimes the last piece item will be showing sold out or can't order again. This is because the item has been reserved or submitted to our system from your previous order (due to disconnected or time run out).

How to pay?
We provide pay by credit cards and online banking via paypal gateways. We do provide atm transfer & E-wallet option, etc Grab, Boost, & T&G

Can I revised my order or other info after payment done?
- You may contact us via live chat within 12 hours of done payment to make an amendment to your order and we will try our best to meet your requirement. However, please understand that our goal is to complete and deliver your order in time. If the order has been processed, you will not be able to modify it.

What courier company does Genius Baby House cooperate with?
We are using J&T express & Poslaju companies to ensure your parcels arrive on time. We currently do not provide any pickup or cash on delivery service.

How to track my order?
- Log in to your account. In your account, your order number and status will be shown.
- While for purchase without sign up account, you may check your email for your order detail.
- Your order will be fulfilled next working day, together with you will receive an email for your parcel tracking number. Customer are advised to trace your parcel closely. As we can't monitor all parcel due to high amount order daily.
