Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee for West Malaysia is RM8, East Malaysia is RM15.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

- West Malaysia : 1 - 3 working days for your order to arrive.

- East Malaysia : 4 - 9 working days for your order to arrive.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Members cannot choose shipping companies, final decision is by Genius Baby House.

2. Genius Baby House can amend the promotion without prior notice.

3. Free Shipping is applicable for delivery in Malaysia only.

4. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy the flat rate promotion. However, the flat rate is applicable for one (1) single order only to one (1) shipping address only.

5. Saturday and Sunday is not classify as working day.

6. There is NO same day delivery. Unless order and payment is paid before 11am only.

7. Customer are required to track their parcel by himself / herself, any return parcel to Genius Baby House due to nobody pick up at the said address at consignment note, customer are required to pay the postage to do the next delivery.

8. Goods Loss During Delivery 

In Genius Baby House we have choose the among the best courier for our customer, in term of delivery efficiency and services. However there is still possibility of parcel lost sometimes. 

To prevent any unhappiness, customer who choose to purchase at GBH (order via website, FB and Whatapps) mean buyer has agreed the rules below:

a. Customers are responsible to track and trace their parcel once the tracking number is issued or given. Genius Baby House will not responsible to the parcel loss due to courier service mistake. Genius Baby house will only take responsible to follow up with the courier service provider on the loss claiming and appeal for the maximum claim. 

b. The claiming amount will be subject to approval amount by the courier service provider. The parcel lost compensation fees will only refund to buyer once courier has done the payment to Genius Baby House.

Processing of Shipment 

1. We process and ship out all orders on the next business day if payment is received and notified today before 11am. i.e. Monday to Friday, except public holidays. . However, we might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem.

2. When we post out your items, we will send you the tracking number to your email of registration during order on next working day after 3pm. Orders will be shipped by Poslaju or J&T Express.

3. You are responsible to trace your parcel closely, once the tracking status is go on live at the courier company tracking site.
