Reward Policy
Cash Credit Reward
- 3% of the total purchase amount will be credited to customer's Genius Baby House registered login account, for those who has purchased RM100 above in a single receipt only, not included the postage.
- Customer can redeem the rebate on their next purchase by login to their account.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other forms of legal tender
- During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the credit, the difference thereof should be paid by the buyer.
- In any of product return condition, the cash credit shall be deducted from the customer account without prior notice.
- Customer can login to their Genius Baby House registered login account to check for the cash credit balance.
- Genius Baby House reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
- During Store Campaign or Yearly Campaign, 3% reward will be closed until campaign end.
Free Gift Reward (Temporary not available , To be Announced)
- As our compliment to customer who has made purchase RM150 above in a single receipt only.
- Whoever is entitled for the free gift will be reflected at shopping cart.
- Gift are random and subjected to availability, customer have no right to choose their preference gift.
- Any condition of agreement of Goods return, Free Gift shall be returned at it original stated. Genius Baby House have it right to request on compensation if failed to return.
- Genius Baby House reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
